Sophisticated technologies will deliver electricity more reliably than ever, keeping outages to a minimum, and facilitating our customers’ choices in adopting new technologies to generate their own energy and monitoring and controlling their overall usage. During the past five years SCE has partnered with their customers to save nearly 7.6 billion kWh, enough energy to power over 1.1 million homes for an entire year. These savings reduce GHG emissions by 3.2 million metric tons, the equivalent of removing 684,000 cars from the road.
